Fri, Sep 18 · 7:30 PM EEST
Join us for a relaxed and inspiring evening with Buddhist monk Gen Kelsang Ananda, exploring Buddhist approaches to healing and inner well-being. We’ll look at how our states of mind affect the way we experience difficulties, and how meditation can help us develop greater peace, resilience and positivity from within.
The evening is based on the teachings of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche and is designed for everyone. No previous experience of meditation or Buddhism is needed.
