Concentration is key to successful meditation and inner transformation. Join us for a one-and-half-day retreat with international teacher Gen Kelsang Ananda who will guide you in establishing or strengthening the practice of this mental capacity. Because a distracted mind cannot focus properly, it misses out on the countless benefits of single-pointed meditation and contemplation. These include:

  • access to calm, smooth and relaxed states of mind that will permeate into our daily life.
  • increased protection from agitated minds such as irritation, anger, craving or discontentment
  • a mental suppleness or serviceability that allows progress and increases confidence in our spiritual practice

This course is suitable both all levels, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners.

Each session can be attended on a drop-in basis.
