There is no need to register on MeetupSummer is not endless. Days get shorter. Everything is impermanent, and change comes naturally, whether we notice or not. Unless, of course, we decide to change.
At that time, our best resource is our own wisdom. In this meditation class series we will learn how to cultivate powerful aspects of wisdom called the Five Forces. Teachings on the Five Forces found in The New Eight Steps to Happiness help us transform our mind from negative to positive states, and to reinforce positive habits of mind through meditation.

In this series of weekly classes we will look at how to get into our heart and truly experience peace of mind. The practical tips we learn will help us develop a regular meditation practice.

There is no need to register on MeetupHave you ever considered how stress undermines all our best efforts? This tight mind gives rise to many effects that we often don't notice. People begin to step back from us, we become less efficient, and we end up burning through the positive energy in our mind. As a result, good outcomes are harder to achieve.
In this meditation workshop we will explore how to keep our mind light and flexible, even as we tackle big tasks, work projects, and other challenges. If we apply these methods regularly in daily life, we can upgrade the journey to our own version of success. Buddhist wisdom and meditation for the win!
Everyone welcome, regardless of experience or background.
