Do you want to meditate, but hesitate? We know that a lot of the folks at our meditation center did. That is why we have these really great, beginner friendly meditation classes. You simply pop in and learn in 3 sessions what meditation looks like, how to control your seemingly uncontrollable thoughts (and what to do if you cannot control them), and how to finally settle your mind in a peaceful space.
If that wasn't enough, we will also look at how we can do this without beating ourselves up!
