Be a light for the world. We’ve heard this, but how do we make it happen? And what would that look like?
In this series of meditation classes we’ll look at ways to bring light to the lives of others. By meditating on our growing understanding of Buddha’s teachings, we can bring wisdom to our activities that light up the lives of those around us. These practices are suitable for people of the modern world — simple methods to increase our own happiness and well-being, as well as the happiness of others.
As we head into the winter season, our meditation classes will present many ways to experience and share joy in our world. Join us and let your light shine! Everyone is welcome.
Nota: Esta clase también está disponible en español.
