Join us for a relaxed meetup focused on meditation, time in nature, and light running.
This group is for anyone looking to slow down, get outside, and move at an easy, comfortable pace. We’ll combine simple meditation, mindful walking or light jogging, and time to enjoy the outdoors together. No experience needed, and all fitness levels are welcome.
This is not about speed or performance—just showing up, moving, and taking a break from the usual routine in a supportive group setting.
What to expect:

  • meditation (focus on breathing -10 minutes)
  • Easy walk or light run (at a comfortable pace)
  • Time to enjoy nature and connect with others

Fee: $5 per person to support organizing and meetup costs.
Please bring comfortable shoes, water, and be prepared for possible parking costs depending on the location.
