Energize, relax and immerse yourself in this blissful Free / Koha evening of complete yoga immersion for beginners / all levels of experience.

In yoga asanas, yoga nidra relaxation, yoga breathwork and yoga group singing kirtan meditation.

First half of the evening:
6.30pm - 7.30pm yoga asanas (poses), pranayama (breathwork) and short kirtan (sound meditation)
2nd half: 7.30pm -8.00pm full immersion in kirtan meditation ๐Ÿ™Œ
