Raja Yoga Meditation Course – Part 2
The Soul’s Journey: Karma, Time & Transformation
As taught by the Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University (UK)
This second course builds on the meditation practice and understanding introduced in Part 1, deepening awareness of the soul’s relationship with the Divine and how this connection supports self-transformation.
Part 2 includes a review of key principles from Part 1 and opens up a deeper understanding of:
· the law of karma
· rebirth and the continuity of the soul
· the soul’s journey through time
· how connection with The Divine supports inner change and clarity
The course combines meditation practice with spiritual understanding, helping participants see life experiences in a wider context and develop greater responsibility, stability, and peace.
Raja Yoga meditation continues to be practised with eyes open, without postures or physical techniques, and is applied practically in daily life.
In this course you will explore:
· how karma operates through thoughts, attitudes, and actions
· the soul’s journey across lifetimes
· the cycle of time and its relevance to personal transformation
· how connection with the Divine strengthens soul-consciousness
· ways to sustain spiritual awareness in everyday situations
Guidance is provided for deepening meditation practice and continuing study at home.
