Join us for a peaceful park meditation & discussion!

Note my meetup plan allows max 10 spots per event; if you would like to come, send me a message. There will be room for 15 people max 👍

Here's what you can expect:

• 10-Minute Meditation (opening): We'll start with a brief meditation session to help everyone settle in.
• 1-Hour Discussion: After meditating, we'll dive into a conversation about ways to live a better life.
• 10-Minute Meditation (closing): We'll conclude with another short meditation to leave you feeling refreshed.

Details:

• Facilitator: Hi, I'm Paul. I'll be guiding the meditations and offering tips to help you improve your practice. We'll explore various techniques, and I'll help you find what works for you.
• Who Can Join: Everyone is welcome, whether you're new to meditation or a little more experienced. Come as you are, and you'll be greeted with open arms.
• Location: Our meetup is in the beautiful Sugarbush Heritage Park, right near a forest with a lovely half-hour hiking route.
• Price: This event is FREE. If you wish to express your gratitude, small donations are welcome to help cover meetup platform costs and can be sent to paul.oganyan@gmail.com

Important Info:

• If you can't make it, mark *not going*: Only 10 spots are available. If you can't attend, please mark yourself as not going so someone else can join.
• If you're late, and we're already meditating: Find a seat, close your eyes, and join in. If you prefer, you can wait for the discussion. Don't worry, we'll have another meditation session at the end!
• Parking: There's plenty of free parking available in the park. Drive in, find a spot, and we'll be nearby.
