Join us for an active breathwork session for Relief, Energy & Focus.
Practical, strong to gentle breathing techniques (activating, cleansing, balancing, & meditative) for your overall well being. Breathwork benefits the physical, emotional, mental & spiritual systems, which can positively impact your life (work, home, school, relationships, health, wealth, personal & professional development, etc.).

10 Minute Breathwork Session Break (you may stay for less time as needed)

  3. Networking , Group Shares, Q & A (optional)

Breathwork Routines: You will receive a variety of breathwork routines you can add to your toolbox for quick, practical stress management wherever you are, the more you join.

  • Sessions will be held multiple times a month; follow me on eventbrite and/or meetup for upcoming dates. Put in a request a private session or public event (company/org., group, individual, couple, collab) online/in person.

Preparation:

  1. Waiver: Sign the required waiver for safety/liability before attending. You only need to sign this once & do not need to sign again for repeat attendance.
  2. Ideally Bring: Headphones for audio/music, comfort items (any items you need to increase comfort like a chair, cushion, blanket, comfortable physical location
  3. Timeliness: Arrive on time, we will start promptly. Its ok if you join late, but you may miss instruction. Zoom Meeting: Contact me if you need help getting onto the call
