Hi, this is a group designed for coming together online to meditate. In this time, inner peace and clarity of thought are more important than ever! This group is open to all- those who have little or no experience of meditation and who wish to learn to those who are more advanced and who wish to join with us to meditate.
Using a mix of Eastern and Western traditional and modern techniques, we will endeavour to tap into a more peaceful state of mind.
With everything that's going on in the world- the constant barrage of social media and news, it is so important to tap into that deep well of inner peace and calm and keep a good, positive state of mental health.
Please download the ZOOM app beforehand as this is what we'll be using for our online meetups!

Lead faciliator - Dr Rahman
Based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, she has studied and taught meditation for several decades across America and Canada. She graduated from Princeton University with a degree in Molecular Biology and received her Master’s degree in Counselling from the International Institute for Restorative Practices. She recently complete dual Doctoral degrees in Holistic Psychology and Spiritual Psychology.
Her kind compassionate nature makes her great teacher for beginners and experienced alike.
Host and co-facilitator - Nick
Born and raised in London, Nick has taught across the world for the past 11 years in subjects ranging from positive thinking, psychic development, photography, dance and investing. He currently leads groups across the UK and loves sharing feel good techniques to help raise your spirit and remember that life is meant to be fun!
