We all want to enjoy our lives; our friends, family, food etc. However, when we check we find that at best these things provide only temporary happiness. Buddhism encourages us to be happy but due to minds of attachment and craving we instead often feel discontent in our life. In this course we will explore the minds of attachment and craving and see how we can reduce them so that we are able to actually experience a meaningful and satisfying life.
