Compassion and Courage: How to Help in Troubled Times

Details
Someone who is compassionate and kind-hearted can be a haven of peace, a refuge and inspiration in our often angry, unstable and conflicted world. This is not an unattainable goal. It is the result of practical steps that awaken our compassion in everyday situations. Through deepening this compassion eventually we will develop the courageous heart of Bodhichitta, and become a Bodhisattva, a true friend to the world, In this way awakening our ‘supreme good heart’ we strive to improve all our good qualities to benefit others and to live a ‘bodhisattva’s way of life’. Includes guided meditation, a talk and time for Q&A.
