We can completely change our experience of life by learning how our mind works and using meditation to guide it in a positive direction. In these classes we will learn simple transformative meditations based on five basic mental factors that are always present in our mind.
These classes will include topics such as understanding how our mind works, changing the way we feel about people and things, seeing life in a positive way, harnessing the power of positive intention and improving the quality of our attention. Each class will include guided meditation, a talk and time for discussion. Everyone Welcome.
