A HALF-DAY OUTDOOR RETREAT

Do you find yourself holding on to feelings of hurt? Is it sometimes hard to let go of unsettling or angry thoughts about things others have done?

Most people experience anger and resentment at least from time to time. And for many, these feelings seem to become pervasive, and can cause problems in forming loving new relationships.

There are ways to let go and to experience more and more of a breadth of possibility for kindness, connection with others, and joy.

In this half-day retreat, Kadampa Buddhist teacher Ethan Lechner will explain and guide meditations that release the mind from the grip of anger, and open it to its potential for profound peace and wisdom. The retreat will take place in a peaceful outdoor country setting a few miles outside of Chapel Hill. Everyone is welcome!
