Gong Sound Bath Meditation NEW MOON

New Moon Gong Sound Bath Meditation
Sunday Oct 11th
4 - 5:30 pm

(I have scheduled Sundays instead of Fridays in the past)

If you’re seeking healing time and support
as you move through these vibrational shifts,
I welcome you to join our sound‑healing community.

Come rest, restore, gain insight, and play with your new intentions as we immerse ourselves in the high‑frequency fields created by the gongs and the sound bath.

I am also available for individual sessions

Come with open-minded and comfortable clothes;
mats, and blankets to rest on the floor, chairs will be available

I look forward to seeing you!
Please join us for a cup of tea afterwards
and bring your own cup if you would.
Tea and cookies will be provided.
