We’re bringing together people across Copenhagen who want to turn healthcare insight into meaningful progress: clinicians, founders, researchers, engineers, designers, regulatory and quality professionals, and life-science investors.

Our starting point is simple: the person with the insight should have a real opportunity to bring it to patients. That journey becomes more achievable when the right people can learn from one another, share experience, and build together.

Meet peers, exchange feedback, explore collaborations, and help build a stronger local medtech and healthtech community. You don’t need a company, a finished product, or a polished pitch. Curiosity and a willingness to contribute are enough.

The conversations we want to have

What makes a clinical problem worth solving — and how do you know you’re solving the right one? How do you move from an idea to a useful prototype? Where do usability, evidence, regulation, and quality fit into development? What do funders and investors need to see?

Our meetups are a space to explore these questions through conversations, demonstrations, shared challenges, and connections between people with different kinds of expertise.

The aim is practical: leave with a clearer understanding, a useful connection, or a better next step.

Medflow is the trust layer for medical innovation — a family of products designed to carry a clinician’s idea towards patients: built, evidenced, funded, and quality-controlled on shared foundations.

We’re an MD-led team, and our approach is honesty-first: make the reasoning visible, be clear about limitations, and keep people responsible for the decisions that matter.

This community brings that philosophy into the room. You do not need to use Medflow’s products to take part. We welcome different tools, perspectives, organisations, and approaches.

How we show up

Be curious. Be generous with what you know. Be honest about what you don’t.

Respect different backgrounds and levels of experience. Ask before pitching, protect confidential information, and keep identifiable patient information out of discussions. Share lessons without overstating evidence—and remember that a community conversation is not a substitute for clinical or regulatory review.

Above all, keep the people who may one day use these products at the centre of the conversation.
