Learn How to Cook Authentic Chinese Cuisine w/ Chef Mo

This culinary class will you teach you how to cook a Chinese gourmet dish from beginning to end. Your teacher, a professional chef from China, will teach you how to prepare the Chinese Cuisine authentically and understand more about the culture.

The class will review the basics of culinary school, from how to handle a knife all the way through cooking your own dish.

After the class, attendees are welcome to join our Dinner and Entertainment Event where the dishes cooked will be served to guests. You'll get to indulge in the food you've cooked as well as see many other people enjoy.

The cooking class will be held in the Cupertino Loft Club Room with a large kitchen.

3 hour Instruction: $65

Evening Dinner + Entertainment in Cupertino: included, except for desserts ($5) and drinks ($5)

This fee includes free (worth $35) attendance at our Dinner & Entertainment Event.

To ensure a COVID free environment, we will have an infrared temperature sensor at the door to take each guest's temperature before entry and guests will be required to wear masks at all times.
