FREE for MEMBERSHike & Hatha invites you to experience how the practice of Hatha yoga can directly enhance your sense of peace, presence, and perception of creation.
We’ll begin at a designated meetup spot near a trailhead or park. Depending on the location, we’ll either start our Hatha practice right there or enjoy a short walk (up to 45 minutes) to a scenic spot for class.
What to bring :

🌿Rain, snow, or cold weather gear if weather is expected
🌿Microspikes or crampons in icy/snowy conditions (Nov. - May)

The yoga session will range from 45 to 75 minutes, tailored to the setting and the flow of the group.Our movement practice will set the tone for an intentional hike, guiding us into a state of gratitude and gentle awareness. Along the way, we’ll explore releasing techniques and meditative walking practices, so you can carry the calm and clarity back into daily life.

You Are Not Alone.Join us in this safe and yet powerful space to connect deeper within yourself as a community. Create a better understanding of Anxiety and Stress as well as learn how mindfulness and meditation can be used as tools to work with them.

Anxiety exists in the common six forms of Generalized Anxiety disorder, Social Anxiety, Specific phobias, Panic Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Post-traumatic Stress Disorder.
Take time with the community to deepen your connection to the self and explore a deeper sense of compassion for the days ahead.

Program Precedents:
- Be willing to have fun.
- Be open to listening and potentially sharing within group settings.
- Be open to trying mindfulness practices such as breathwork and meditation.
- Be calm, courteous, and respectful to all participants; practice active listening when someone is sharing and avoid crosstalk.
- To maintain this sacred space, please be respectful of group member’s privacy regarding what is shared during each session.
- Avoid giving advice or trying to problem-solve for someone else. But feel free to share your personal experiences, strength, and hope or similar struggle on the topic.
- After every share, we will all take a deep, grounding breath with the sharer and allow a quiet moment for reflection.

- PET Parents! Please be mindful for everyone of your fur baby attending and how it will be in the sun and or around other pets during the practice.
- The class is weather permitting as we will be outdoors so be sure to check here for updates!The intention of this class is to create a space where we can come together as a community to move our bodies, expand our minds, explore our breath, and re-connect to ourselves and those around us. We then work to integrate the teaching we receive on our mats into life.
This is a 60 minute- all levels class that will include movement as well an opportunity to mingle (safely) together, discussing varying topics as we support each other in an ever changing world.
