UPDATE: I called as soon as they opened this morning and I was given the wrong information last week regarding tomorrow night. On Monday’s they have open play from 5:30-9pm so you can’t reserve during that time. So I decided to go ahead and reserve a court from 3:30-5:30 it was $11.50 and they stated we should only have approximately 4-6 or so players for the court. So I’m going to go no matter what since it’s reserved. I am waiting on the coach to let me know if he’s available during that time; I did have to tell a white lie 🤫 that it wasn’t a lesson with a coach. And since he isn’t charging it is kind of true because he doesn’t coach he’s just doing me a favor. Here is my questions: 1.) would there be anyone (4-6 people) interested in joining me during that time 🤞 and 2.) We could also stay and play the open play because from what I’ve been told it’s a lot less busy than Cady way? So let’s say you can’t make it at 3:30 but you can make it at 4:30 then some of us could take advantage of the reserved court and then go into open play? Does this make sense? Also, I can’t call for Tuesday until tomorrow but she said it should be easy to reserve a court for then from 5:30 or 6:00 or 6.30 for a few hours. So that is my plan. So Tuesday is probably a definite as far as a later time with our coach but again if we rent two courts if I can we can only have 10-12 people max. I need everyone’s input and please feel free to communicate and comment or ask questions in the chat for our group.
I’m sorry I was given the wrong info last week and it made this confusing. 🫤
Please respond at your earliest convenience answering the above questions in detail. Also the first 6 people to commit to the 3:30-5:30 reserved court will be the fair way of who can join at that time. Please don’t commit if you can’t make it, also if anyone wants to come later at 4:30 we can switch out players so a max of 12 of us will get play time. Make sense? Then if anyone wants to do open play and show up around 5:30pm then we can do that and hopefully the coach won’t mind staying for a while to help while we do open play. Please ask questions, comment, commit or reply and I will try to stay on top of it. Today is Mother’s Day though and I’m going to try to spend as much time with my mom as possible.
