About us

Welcome to Refresh Outreach Ministries
"Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it?" — Isaiah 43:19
Refresh Outreach Ministries was founded on the promise of Isaiah 43:19. We believe God is doing a new thing in this generation, bringing hope, healing, restoration, and spiritual renewal to His people.
We are a Spirit-filled Christian ministry dedicated to helping people encounter Jesus Christ, grow in their faith, build authentic relationships, and discover their God-given purpose.
Our vision is to establish a Christ-centered fellowship where people from all backgrounds can gather in a welcoming environment to worship, learn God's Word, pray together, and experience the transforming power of the Holy Spirit.
Whether you are new to faith, returning to church, seeking a deeper walk with God, stationed in Germany with the military, a military spouse, veteran, family member, or local resident, you are welcome here.
Our heart is to serve both the military and local communities by providing a place of encouragement, belonging, discipleship, and spiritual growth.
At Refresh Outreach Ministries, you will find opportunities for:
✨ Christian fellowship and meaningful friendships
✨ Bible study and discipleship
✨ Prayer and spiritual encouragement
✨ Worship and spiritual growth
✨ Community outreach and service
✨ Support for military members and their families
✨ Discovering your gifts and purpose in Christ
As we build a new fellowship, we invite you to join us on this journey of faith. Whether you are searching for a church home, seeking community, or simply curious about Christianity, there is a place for you here.
You do not have to have all the answers.
You do not have to be perfect.
Come as you are.
Together, we believe God is doing a new thing, and we would love for you to be part of it.
Refresh Outreach Ministries
Refreshing Lives. Restoring Hope. Reaching Communities.
I especially like the line "As we build a new fellowship, we invite you to join us on this journey of faith." It lets people know they're helping build something new without making them feel pressured to join a church plant immediately. It creates invitation instead of obligation.
