Map Meetup Belgrade #3 - "First steps to Wardley maps - Part 1: Value Chains"

We're back for 3rd Meetup and the last one in this year!

This meetup we'll pick one product or service and thoroughly go over the first half of the steps needed to write your first Wardley map for it.

We'll be defining our first value chains, by defining users, their activities and user journeys. Then we'll be using that to define the complete customer value chain and understanding the visibility of those components to the customer.

This community is open to everyone and you are welcome regardless of your age, experience or literally anything. We will be always open to understand how we should continuously improve and change to meet our society and community needs.
