Safe Spaces is for anyone seeking a safe and supportive environment in which they can openly share their personal aspirations and challenges. In Safe Spaces we meet to share our stories. We put it out there. In so doing we receive support from , and inspire others with similar stories.
Our sessions are structured. We begin and end with meditation. We share our stories, support challenges and acknowledge success. We also learn and practice simple techniques that can assist us in life.
The core tenets of Safe Spaces are:
Confidentiality: What is said in the room stays in the room.
Respect: You have an innate human dignity that is worthy of respect.
Openness: We encourage you to share. We respect your silence
Non-judgemental: We aim to support and acknowledge you as a human being
