Detroit Style Boxing Madness is coming to the East Side of Metro Detroit! This isn’t your typical workout — it’s a nonstop, high-energy hour where everyone moves at their own pace. Whether you’re brand new to fitness or a seasoned athlete, you’ll find Easy, Hard, and Insane variations of every movement so you can challenge yourself the way you want.
Expect music, energy, and plenty of fun — plus the chance to meet new people and make real connections while training together. Watch the videoWe also have gloves you can use first come first served.

New to the group? Great, this event is open to new attendees from Meetup. (The Meetup RSVP count is not indicative of actual attendance. This event is often at capacity.)
Join us in the taproom for a one-hour ALL-LEVELS yoga practice followed by a beverage of your choice. The class and glass are included in the $15 fee. Bring your yoga mat and water.
Luke provides a lighthearted approach to practice, teaches a straightforward, no-frills style of yoga, and has thousands of hours of experience on his mat.
Please arrive a little early to sign a waiver and get your spot. No pre-registration, but spots fill up quickly!
