Hello YOGA LOVERS,
In this group I post all my YOGA CLASSES, WORKSHOP and EVENTS on the BEACH <br>HATHA YOGA FLOW <be>
I offer a fluid practice - based on Hatha Yoga - combined with Vinyasa Flow , Ashtanga and Contemporary Dance technique.
Pls bring your own mat or towel and some water.
WE RESPECT ALL THE SECURITY MEASURES PROVIDED BY THE GOVERNMENT IN THE CLASSES - see detailed information in the event description.
Most of my classes are for ALL LEVELS.
