In this group I post all my YOGA CLASSES, WORKSHOP and EVENTS on the BEACH \
I offer a fluid practice - based on Hatha Yoga - combined with Vinyasa.
Pls bring your own mat or towel and some water.
Most of my classes are for ALL LEVELS.
