Good evening, everyone♪

Have you heard of digital detox? Relying too much on smartphones and computers can lead to decreased concentration and various issues and troubles! If you want to be healthier and return to your natural self, join us in a fun digital detox where you can also make new friends! We welcome everyone, whether you speak English, Chinese, Japanese, or any other language!

Event Date: Saturday, June 8
Event Time: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Participation Fee: Free

"Mindful Walking" Yokohama Course:
"Meet at Yokohama Station Central Gate → Rinko Park → Cup Noodles Museum → Red Brick Warehouse → Osanbashi Pier → Yamashita Park → Yokohama Park → Yokohama Stadium → End at Kannai Station" (You can leave the group at any point.)

Optional but Recommended:

1. Turn off your phone or set it to airplane mode during the course.
2. Adhere to basic social etiquette.
3. Do not overexert yourself or others in terms of physical effort, thoughts, or communication.
4. Please be responsible for any unexpected accidents or injuries.
5. Enjoy the course in a pleasant and joyful atmosphere!

What to Bring:

• Please wear comfortable shoes and clothing suitable for movement.
• Lunch and drinks (can be purchased and consumed along the way)
• A small leisure sheet and meditation items (bringing a favorite book is also fine)

Note:

1. Please note that the event may be canceled or changed due to weather, disasters, or other circumstances.
2. Please arrive at the meeting place at least 15 minutes before the start time of the course. If you need to cancel, please let us know in advance.

Digital Detox Project

This project involves going to places where you can feel nature, such as the sea, forests, and mountains. We will practice "mindful walking," which includes walking, eating, reading, and sitting meditations!

What is "mindful walking"? For example:

• Focusing on the scenery while walking
• Concentrating on the sounds you hear with your eyes closed
• Immersing yourself in a book while reading
• Tasting each grain of rice while eating

It is important to create time in your day when you don’t look at your phone and take a break from computer work. It can be challenging to do this alone, but it becomes easier with others. There are rest stops along the course where we can take breaks. We will spend about an hour having lunch, chatting, or doing sitting meditation or reading meditation on leisure sheets. Let's enjoy jogging and meditating together!

このプロジェクトは自然を感じる場所海🌊森🌳山⛰️などに行き、ウォーキングやジョギングを通して、歩きながら、食べながら、読書しながら
座りながらで行う《ながら瞑想》をします！

《ながら瞑想》とは？例えば⬇︎
○歩きながら外の景色に集中すること
○目を閉じて聞こえる音に集中すること
○本を読みながら、本の世界に意識をフォーカスすること
○ご飯を食べる時、米一粒一粒を味わうことなど！

1日携帯を見ないような時間を作り
パソコン作業から休みを取る時間も
積極的に取り組むことが重要です。
1人で実行するのがなかなか難しいですが
みんなと一緒なら取り込みやすくなります。
コースの経由地途中、休憩所があります。
約1時間程ランチを食べたり、歓談したり
レジャーシートの上で静座瞑想や読書瞑想もします♪
楽しくジョギングしながら、一緒にながら瞑想しましょう！
