Welcome to the Vibe Tribe! We are a community for conscious seekers, energy explorers, and frequency-lovers. We gather in Encinitas at the Vitality Wellness Energy Room, a high vibrational space powered by the transformative frequencies of the EE System- a revolutionary technology designed to support healing on physical, emotional, and energetic levels. The Vibe Tribe is a space to connect, awaken, and expand. We offer classes on meditation, EFT Tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique), sound healing, and more. Every class is held within the amplified healing frequencies of The Energy Room (generated by the EE System), creating an environment where transformation happens more effortlessly, and deeply.

Thursday Tappy Hour at The Energy Room in Encinitas is a powerful opportunity to reset your emotional and energetic system. This unique class combines the evidence-based practice of Emotional Freedom Techniques (tapping) with the high frequency healing environment of the EE System Towers, amplifying the benefits of both modalities. EFT, also known as tapping, is a gentle yet effective method that calms the nervous system, reduces emotional intensity, rewires limiting beliefs, and promotes emotional resilience. It's a simple technique you can use to ease stress and restore calm. When practiced inside the Energy Room, you are surrounded by scalar energy, light, and biophotonic fields of the EE System Towers, accelerating healing on both physical and emotional levels.
