If you have been curious about how to get the most out of your home coffee roaster, or if you are looking to refine your technique beyond just winging it, this gathering is for you. We are getting together at the shop to walk through the fundamentals of small-batch roasting. This session is designed to be hands-on and conversational, focusing on how to manage heat and airflow to bring out the specific characteristics of different beans. Whether you are still working with a popcorn popper or you have upgraded to a dedicated drum roaster, you will find plenty here to discuss with others who share the hobby.

Our goal is to create a space where we can troubleshoot common roast profiles and learn from one another's experiences. We will have a few roasters running throughout the event, so feel free to bring along a sample of a roast you have been working on if you would like some feedback. We want this to be a low-pressure environment for anyone interested in the craft to ask questions and share what they have learned so far. If you plan on joining us, please make sure to RSVP so we can get an accurate headcount for the space.

Places are capped for this one, so please register at the link below to make sure you have a spot.
