The Grounded Growth Network is a growing community for people who want connection, collaboration, and growth without the awkward, transactional version of networking.
We want something more human: a place to talk leadership and astrology, find like-minded collaborators, ask for guidance, share big dreams, navigate hard moments, and celebrate the weird little synchronicities along the way.
The fun part: we’re still figuring out what this will become. We have LOTS of ideas, but we don’t want to build a network for people. We want to grow one with you.

Bad B*tches Be Reading & Sh*t is a virtual book club for women and femmes who love stories that make us think a little deeper, laugh a little louder, and leave us questioning everything.
Every month we'll dive into a book that explores themes like identity, family, race, culture, womanhood, power, love, and belonging. Then we'll gather online for an honest conversation.#### Current Read: Cemetery of Untold Stories by Julia Alvarez
Cemetery of Untold Stories follows a writer who buries her unfinished manuscripts in the Dominican Republic, only to discover that her characters refuse to stay silent. Blending magical realism with Dominican history, it explores whose stories get heard, whose are erased, and why even buried stories find a way to surface.
We'll unpack the book together, connect it to our own experiences, and have the kinds of conversations that keep you thinking even after the call ends.
