Let's go up to the oyster run in Anacortes Washington

This will be a six-day run
Hi everyone, Wow what a great time we had last year. Beautiful rainy weather we had and hope it is for 2024, So we are going to do this again. I like to see more riders join us this next year for this. I do have the hotel booked already and if you need a room please get with me right away so we can get your room booked. The hotel was excellent and clean and not expensive either. Meet at Maverick at 6 am This will be a Six day Ride. We will stay in Bend Oregon, going up then stay in hotel in Anacortes, WA then one night on the way back in OR. Then back home proposed Lineup: 1st day: Thursday 9-26-2024 7 am then we will have breakfast in Susanville Around 8:45 am Start ride for overnight stay (see link for map) This also has fuel points along the way, for those who only get 120 miles per tank. 4 to 5 pm to Oregon. On 2nd day: Friday 9-27-2024, 8 am breakfast, will leave up to group. 9 am start ride to Anacortes WA 2 to 3 pm arrive in Anacortes at Hotel. (will be announced at later date) 3rd day: Saturday 9-28-2024 Have Breakfast (up to group) 9 am till 6 pm Then enjoy a nice ride to the Bellewood Craft Distillery and store 6140 WA-539 #3 Lynden WA 98264. Part of the group will ride up to Canada. On Sunday have breakfast and then enjoy Oyster Run. Then back to where you are staying 5th day: Monday 9-29-2024 7 am breakfast (up to group) meet up with group 8 am leave for Reno stay in , OR, or your choice. This is based on Google maps and distance. Adjustments will be made during the year. Estimate expenses: Fuel around $200 round trip Lodging around $220 to $600 Food and drinks around $60 to $150 I would have to say that $1000 would be a good call I will get the hotel in advance, There can be sharing of the rooms for single riders to double up, (cheaper that way) or you can have the room all to yourself. I will have the cost locked in on the hotel by June. A big Thank-you to the many Volunteers who help behind the scenes and crowds giving your time and energy - directing traffic, picking up the garbage, putting up the signs, helping keep the peace, manning the information booth, the first aid booth, etc... without you the "Oyster Run" would not/could not happen! Please use the garbage cans located throughout town, as this makes less work for the many volunteers who clean up the streets after everyone rides out of town!

The Bellewood Farms Specialty Market & Gift Shop, and Bakery are open year-round, Wed thru Sun, 9am-4pm. The Cafe Grill is open until 2pm but you can still get our delicious bakery goodies and drinks until 4pm.

Bellewood is a charming place to pick up fresh, locally grown fruits, tasty products made here on the farm, and unique gifts geared for the season. Our yummy homemade Honey Roasted Peanut Butter, Apple Butter, Apple Chips, Caramel Dip, Cider are local favorites.
And we’ve made some special items, just for our neighbors. Take home a family size u-bake chicken pot pie, quiche, chili, delicious soups, cinnamon rolls, and more. We have over 10 varieties of take & bake pies including our signature Apple Pies. We’re here for our community so let us know how we can serve you.
