Hi, I’m Sydney, a certified Health Coach based in South Florida who supports clients nationally. I’ve created Convos with a Health Coach, a semi-monthly online group Meetup where I will provide education on various health topics & open space for members of this community to share their health goals, challenges, and connect with others!
