About us
We’re a laid-back group of modern boardgamers based in Poughkeepsie, NY 🎲. We meet regularly — most often for Thursday night games at Panera Bread on Route 9 and for all-day sessions at Barnes and Noble or Zoe's Ice Cream Barn— and play everything from Catan, Carcassonne, Azul and Codenames to heavier/party hits like Trails, Forbidden Desert, Camp Grizzly, Space Base, Vast and more.
Beginners are always welcome and we pride ourselves on good vibes, friendly players, and making the hobby accessible for anyone who wants to join. ❤️
Our events are casual and social: come for an hour or stay the whole day. We run weekly meetups, occasional giveaways, and open-table sessions where people can try new games and meet other local players. Expect a mix of cooperative nights, competitive showdowns, and themed sessions (horror nights, campaign play, family-friendly afternoons) — there’s something for everyone. 😊
