LADIES! Let's get stepping!

It's time to lace up those sneakers and hit the pavement for a 9-MILE LOOP WALK around White Rock Lake!

Don't worry, we won't leave anyone behind! Feel free to walk a shorter distance if that's what your body (and mind) need. We're all about supporting each other's fitness journeys!

So, why walk? Well, let's count the benefits:
