Awakening Through Art: Meditation Meets Collage

Details

We need a channel—a passage that opens the doors of our hearts, awakening our senses and allowing us to enter a deeper level of consciousness. Meditation emerges, playing the role of a guide, illuminating and opening our inner world.

🎨 Collage is artistic language, when our hand unconsciously tear paper into various shapes with our hands, we begin to question and wonder, wanting to understand the significance of these shapes to ourselves.

When meditation meets collage, we use art as a tool to reflect ourselves deeper from subconsciousness.

This workshop will be led by Misha from Tokyo Mindfulness and Fiona wenfei (#wereflectweheal art project). We will have a series of guided meditations and create collages to discover a deeper version of yourself.
