Stand-Up Paddleboarding (SUP) and Mindfulness Hike in Hayama!

Details
Come join us to explore Hayama’s scenic seaside hills—a 90-minute ride from Tokyo—and dive into a balanced day of movement and stillness.
We’ll start with a low-key hike, interspersed with moments of group sharing and silent check-ins, followed by about 1.5 hours of floating over gentle waves on a SUP. Reconnect with nature, your own presence, and a small circle of fellow seekers.
If it’s your first time on a stand-up paddle board, (or meditating), no worries. We will give you a little crash-course beforehand 🙂
