Ever wondered what archetype shapes your inner world?

Join us for a 3-hour immersive workshop led by expressive arts therapist Ariel Wu (ANZACATA). Through creative expression and symbolic reflection, you’ll explore the archetypes that shape your inner world—those unspoken patterns, drives, and emotional currents that live beneath the surface.

Together, we’ll move through intuitive writing, visual art, and group resonance to connect with the unconscious and give voice to what has no name, yet is deeply familiar.

🌀 What You’ll Experience

  • Archetype Reflection: Work with Jungian archetype cards to uncover patterns, inner dynamics, and emotional themes.
  • Symbolic Expression: Turn inner voices into poetry, metaphors, or intuitive language.
  • Visual Arts: Create symbolic images using drawing and collage materials provided.
  • Group Resonance: Share and receive reflections in a supportive, grounded space.
  • Integration: Reconnect what’s been unseen with conscious insight and presence.

🎨 About Your Guide: Ariel Wu
Ariel Wu is a Registered Expressive Arts Therapist currently based in Tokyo, with a passion for bridging creativity, mental health, and interactive design. Her therapeutic work spans Hong Kong, Wuhan, and Shanghai, and she now brings her experience to Tokyo’s international community. With a background in narrative-driven game design, Ariel explores how storytelling and play can support emotional well-being and psychological resilience.

Her current focus includes integrating game-based interventions into expressive arts therapy, inviting participants to engage with their inner world in imaginative and embodied ways. Whether you're curious about the healing power of art, the role of play in mental health, or new forms of inner exploration, Ariel offers a creative and compassionate approach to the journey.
