"The Shields Down Leader" invites us to discover how vulnerability—often misunderstood as weakness—can become your greatest leadership asset when practiced with wisdom and discernment.

TIMING
*Please arrive by 11:50AM to order your lunch at the counter downstairs. We aim to start the event on time at 12:00PM.

SETUP
You will be seated in small groups of about 5 people. We encourage you to sit with people that you don't yet know. :)

PROGRAM
As the food arrives, through carefully selected quotes and interactive discussions, we will:

• Explore the different forms of vulnerability
• Share stories, laughter and insights about our own journeys of becoming more courageous truth-tellers
• Create casual and fun art that expresses the essence of our vulnerability
• Develop practical ideas for becoming more authentic and bravely vulnerable leaders
