Creation of a symbolic touchstone for your spiritual unfoldment in 2022

I will lead you through a guided meditation related to manifesting what your soul most wants for your spiritual growth, and then we will work with that creatively. If you are up for it, you might consider taking some time between now and our next meeting to ask for a message from your dreams or sit in meditation and ask for a message of what next steps your soul wants you to manifest in 2022. Otherwise you can take time during the guided meditation for this.

While we meet, we will take about 45 minutes to create something that helps us connect with our next steps relating to the message we received, such as creating a poem, song, mandala, Zentangle, painting, collage, SoulCollage, piece of writing—anything that further elucidates our next steps. There is also the option of creating a mantra for daily use to remind you of your 2022 spiritual growth focus. You will want to give this thought prior to the session so that you can gather together the materials you will need for your creation. Note that you will not have to sit in front of the Zoom camera during the 45 minutes of creative time.

For the last 10-15 minutes together, you will have the opportunity to share what you created or begun to create--if you haven't finished. Note that not everyone needs to share -- you can keep it private if you prefer.
