Back together again! ATS Zoom gathering in September

After a 3+ year hiatus, I welcome you to the reboot of the (Re-) Awakening to Spirit Group!

This group is for people who are uncomfortable with status quo religious institutions and want to be in conversation and communion with others whose sense of being is rooted in an ever expanding state of consciousness, rather than an individual body with its body-centered ego-mind.

Format for upcoming gathering:
· 10 -15 minute guided meditation
· Welcome: Deb welcomes previous and new participants
· Introducton: Deb provides an introduction to group, including a taste of the nondual spiritual teachers who have influenced the group’s orientation and inspirational teachings
· Participant introductions: Deb asks participants what has drawn them to this group and what they hope to receive from participating in it (up to 3 minutes per person). (No obligation to share.)
· Deb shares her ideas for what the group will offer and participants weigh in and share additional ideas
· If there’s time, Deb offers brief nondual spiritual teaching
· Closure
