Press Book House Café: social evening and supper with easy-listening music

Join me for a relaxed end-of-week gathering with easy-listening music in the cosy atmosphere of Press Book House Café. Located in the civic heart of Newcastle close to the university, this characterful bookstore is a well-loved social hub and cultural venue supporting local performing arts talent.

If you’re new in town it’s an ideal place for enjoying live entertainment, conversation and meeting new friends. Local singer-songwriter and guitarist ChaiChester will be sharing his indie-folk style music for the evening.

To complement the atmosphere the food is simple and tasty, coffee is excellent and there’s a selection of drinks.

I will be at the Book House to meet you from 4.15pm onwards.
Arrive when you can after your day of work, study or family time.

Seating is casual at share tables as we arrive. The friendly helpful staff will take your order at the counter for coffee, drinks or food.

ChaiChester will be playing from 4.30pm until about 8pm with a break between sets.
