Bristol Thunder Korfball

Come and try the best sport you've never heard of! ✨️

Everyone is welcome but we're especially looking for women!

We're already an established club, but we're using Meetup so that new people can find us. Registering isn't required; just turn up!

Korfball is a great way to make new friends, as well as run around and keep fit. It's similar to basketball and netball, but there are no set positions and it's mixed gender.

Don't worry if you haven't caught a ball since school; we welcome complete beginners and love new people. It's easy to pick up and we'll help you out.

You're welcome to train with us casually and come along to our socials, and if you decide that you want to play competitively, you can play in league matches at weekends.

We're a very large, social club, and we'll be heading to the pub afterwards as well. Come give us a try!

Location: Avanti Sportshall (Avanti Gardens School) - Fishponds. There's parking available on Oldbury Court Road.

Time: 7.30 - 9pm

What to bring: Indoor trainers, clothes that you're comfortable running around in and water.

Price: Your first month is free, then it's £20/month or £5/session.
