Let's go and see the azaleas, dogwood, red buds and more that are blooming right now at Jenkins. And there is no cost to enter! If you have never been, this is a beautiful naturalistic garden on rolling hills. It really is stunning. Be prepared to begin at the top of the hill and walk the pathway down to the bottom where there is a lovely pond and then back up again. Notice the start time is 10:30 AM, instead of our regular 10 AM. We will meet in the visitor center.
Jenkins features an accredited, world-class collection of rhododendrons and azaleas from across the globe. The Arboretum is comprised of 48 acres of gardens and woodland, with 1.2 miles of trails.

Join us outdoors at the Carpenter Recreation Area band pavilion for the White Clay Creek summer concert series, featuring Magical Mystery Tour, a tribute to the Beatles! Bring your chair and be transported back to the 1960s with the sounds of the Fab 4! I will have an Explore & More flag on the chair so you can find us.

Delaware State Park fees are in effect: free for pass holders, $4 for Delaware tags, $8 for out-of-state vehicles.
