Sound Meditation

hi! join us on the 1st & 3rd Tuesday of every month 7pm at Levy Park for sound meditation.

it’s super chill.
We are getting together at a park to meditate, take in God’s light & let our bodies do what they already know what to do …heal.

its 40 mins-ish of sound bath (crystal bowls, flutes, gongs, chimes, bells) …Holy Spirit is welcome here. 🕊️grateful

What’s happening with this?
This is a free event and it’s super chill. We are getting together at a park to meditate on our highest and best good.
Typically start off talking a little bit about what’s going on with the planets & within us… then some very basic breathing exercises… followed by a sweet prayer/intention… then go into 40 mins-ish of sound bath (crystal bowls, flutes, gongs, chimes, bells)
