Sound Meditation at Levy Park

Hi! join us on the 1st & 3rd Tuesday of every month 7 pm @ Levy Park for sound meditation.

All July we are bringing attention to our ROOT CHAKRA's

What’s happening with this?
This is a free event and it’s super chill.
We are getting together at a park to
meditate on our highest and best good.

7/15/25 class will start with some

• light grounding movements led by Diana Nicole Arafat
• then some very basic breathing exercises together…
• followed by a sweet prayer/intention led by Melissa Abatte
• then go into 45 mins-ish of sound bath (crystal bowls, flutes, gongs, chimes, bells) by Leala, James & Melissa... plus special guest flutes by Dave

Pets can come!
