A change to our usual agenda... the fantastic duo of Jon Fulton and Julia Bellis will be leading a psychological safety workshop this session.

Jon is running this as a warm-up for Agile on the Beach so it is a wonderful opportunity to take part in a really high quality session facilitated by one of the greats!

Psychological safety is a belief that the context is safe for interpersonal risks - that speaking up with ideas, questions, concerns or mistakes will be welcomed and valued.

Our research shows that it’s widely misunderstood. Many equate it to comfort or happiness, without embracing the challenge of collaborating and learning to achieve high performance.

Join us to explore psychological safety through real world experiences and practical exercises. We will build a shared understanding to apply in your own organisations, and tackle challenges in the team, and beyond, in the wider organisation where teams, groups and stakeholders interact."
