Lean Agile Manchester

A change to our usual agenda... the fantastic Jon Fulton will be leading a psychological safety workshop this session.

Jon is running this as a warm-up for Agile on the Beach so it is a wonderful opportunity to take part in a really high quality session facilitated by one of the greats!

Another change to our usual agenda... this session will be a panel conversation with four great guests on the panel - more details later ;)

We will be opening a sli.do online question session at the same time as the RSVPs; you will be able to suggest questions for the panel there - more or less anything related to the broad lean / agile theme is on topic. All participants will ne able to add and vote for questions right up to and during the conversation itself, when Matt and James will put the questions to the guest panel. If we can, we will make this our first hybrid event so that you can take part even if you are not in Manchester.
