Join us for "Dance It Out" - a high-vibe, feel-good dance class designed for everyone!
No dance experience? No problem! This is a judgment-free zone where movement meets joy. We'll start with a light warm-up and stretch, ease into easy-to-follow, flowy movements, and groove to uplifting music with a simple, fun choreography.
We'll wrap up with a relaxing cool-down to leave you feeling refreshed and empowered.
Expect a blend of modern, jazz, hip-hop, and cardio moves - all designed to help you sweat, smile, and feel amazing!

✅ Wear: Comfortable clothes & supportive shoes
✅ Bring: Water to stay hydrated (and a mat if you'd like for stretching)
