Free intro to mindfulness meditation - watching thoughts
Details
We will continue with a session on mindfulness of thoughts. We'll learn how to create spaciousness, not by trying to stop thoughts but by using them to come back to our breath. It's the nature of the mind to produce thoughts and we can create a clearing for rest and insight by noting them and steadying our attention on the breath. Come join us as we continue building our mindfulness practice Wednesday at 7:30 via zoom. See you then!
