We will continue with a session on mindfulness of emotions. Just as we experienced last time that there is pretty much an ever-flowing stream of thoughts that we can witness with mindful loving awareness, the same is true of our emotions. And as with our thoughts, this practice allows us to begin to attend to our feelings with loving awareness and find greater spaciousness and choice.
